Simulation Lab

This part of my site is devoted to my experiments with online simulations.  I use NetLogo to model agents that have mental models in order to determine how change is communicated and spread through an organization.  The purpose of this research is to model organizational change and compare the simulations to actual organizational change to determine the role of mental models in bringing about change.
