Research Interests
My primary research interests are in public administration with a focus on strategic management, change management, knowledge management, risk management, and project management. I am also interested in complexity theory, mental model theory, and social networking theory as it applies to public administration and organizational behavior in general.
Secondary research interests include computational social science, communication theory, case study methods, neuroscience, game theory, and policy analysis methods (both quantitative and qualitative). I also have recently become interested in the scholarship of teaching and learning with an emphasis on evidence-based instructional methods.
