Thank you for visiting!  I built this site to showcase my research and to connect with like-minded scholars.  My primary position is at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where I am a Human Resources Specialist (Information Technology).  I also teach online for the University of Louisville (Kentucky) and (starting Spring 2012) the University of Maryland.  I have a great number of research interests that focus on how to make government more effective and efficient.
